My favorite go to sauce! I seriously put this 3 Minute Avocado Cream Sauce on whatever I can.
Filled with avocado, cilantro, and greek yogurt, this 3 Minute Avocado Cream Sauce is the perfect addition to so many recipes!
Puree all the ingredients in a food processor and you’re done! It only takes 3 minutes!
I use 2% greek yogurt in this sauce as a healthy substitute for sour cream! Trust me, you won’t even know the difference!
I use this sauce in tacos, substitute it as a thicker salad dressing, a topper for burrito bowls, a dipping sauce for quesadillas, and it makes a great appetizer sauce for grilled shrimp!
One of the best things about this recipe is you can modify the ingredients based on taste! When you have a recipe that calls for using the food processor, its amazing because you can literally just toss things in, mix it, taste it, and then adjust the ingredients based on your palate! Stay tuned for more recipe posts throughout the year where I use this 3 Minute Avocado Cream Sauce!
