New Years Eve is right around the corner and I can’t believe 2016 is almost to an end. It’s been an amazing year but I’m ready to ring in 2017! One of my favorite things about celebrating New Years is ALL THE BUBBLY!
What’s New Years without a Champagne toast right? If you’re like me, you want something that looks pretty but also tastes amazing! I love making different drink combinations and one of my new favorite recipes is this Champagne Cocktail with Chambord and Fresh Pomegranate!
I’ve been obsessed with Pom Poms Fresh Pomegranate Arils for about 2 years now. I can seriously eat them by the spoonful and have no shame. So obviously I had to use them in a cocktail right?! 😉
Pour 1 teaspoon (or more) of Chambord into a 6oz Champagne flute.
Add one tablespoon of fresh pomegranate arils and then fill the glass with Champagne. Make sure you add the pomegranate to the glass before pouring the champagne. If you add the pomegranate after the champagne is poured, the champagne will end up bubbling up and over the glass 🙂
Insert a sprig of fresh mint, sip, and enjoy! Happy New Year!
